Who am I - Andrew Goldstein
I'd call myself a "Customer Growth Consultant" a seasoned CRM and Loyalty leader with over 20 years’ experience helping brands turn customer data and insights into meaningful commercial and customer outcomes. I'm not about "silver bullets" or simply producing "vanity metrics." For me, it's about delivering real results.
